The 2021 Livestock Sale Add-On Forms are now available for download.  Please note that the forms must be mailed to a new P.O. Box and payment should be submitted with the form unless other arrangements are made.  To download the form, please click on the link below.

Information on the form:

  • Payment Information: Please note that all payments are due no later than June 19, 2021, at the close of the auction. It is preferred that payments for add-ons be paid when this form is submitted. Please make all checks payable to “Paulding County Agricultural Society” and mail to: Paulding County Junior Fair Livestock Auction, P.O. Box 354, Paulding, Ohio 45879. Thank You for your support of the Paulding County Jr. Fair! Your bid will be added to the exhibitor's overall Premium and the business name will be added to their statement. By signing below, the buyer agrees to pay today or no later than June 19, 2021.
