Learn How You Can Help
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects every aspect of a person's life including how we handle stress, make decisions, and how we interact with others. There are many warning signs of mental illness and this program is tailored to teach people how to identify them. You will also be trained on how to respond to people who show signs of mental illness and/or substance abuse. You will be given the skills needed to reach out and provide initial help and support - You can make a difference!
